More Control, Less Friction: A Better Dashboard Experience

That's why we've been investing in AppSignal's UI. This dashboard update gives you more control over how your data is arranged, making it easier to find the signals you need when you're investigating a problem or checking in on your application's health.

New Dashboard Functionality

You can now reposition and resize widgets, then save layouts for the different ways you use your dashboards.

Drag-and-Drop Widgets

Click and drag a widget to put it where it makes sense to you. Move error rate to the top. Place throughput next to response time. Bring the charts you check together into one view.

Your dashboard can follow the way you think about your application's health, rather than the order in which its widgets were added.

Resizable Widgets

Not every metric needs the same amount of space. Expand a chart you're investigating and shrink one you only need to glance at. You can keep detailed graphs and compact summaries on the same dashboard.

Saved Custom Layouts

Once you've arranged your dashboard, save and name the layout. You can switch layouts when the job changes: keep a focused view for incidents and a broader one for your weekly performance review.

Layouts are saved per user, so everyone on your team can set up a view that works for them without changing yours.

Useful data is the starting point. The interface has to help you make sense of it, especially when you're under pressure.
