We released version of 0.10 of the gem today with the following improvements:

  • Add option to ignore a specific action (docs)
  • Use Appsignal.monitor_transaction to instrument and log errors for custom actions
  • Removed ActiveSupport dependency
  • Use vendored notifications if ActiveSupport is not present
  • Update bundled CA certificates
  • Fix issue where backtrace can be nil
