Introducing the Intercom integration beta

Intercom is widely used for customer communication. With this new AppSignal integration, whenever a user experiences an error on your site, an Intercom event is created.

The integration provides you with the data needed to pro-actively help users who experienced an error in your app. And when a user contacts you for support, you'll see a list of error events in the Intercom activity stream. This helps to quickly determine if the support needed has something to do with an issue on your side (with a direct link to a relevant sample on AppSignal).

Besides the new Intercom integration, we already provide native support for GitHub, GitLab, Trello, JIRA, Slack, Pivotal Tracker and more.

If you have any questions or like to see more trackers supported, don't hesitate to get in touch!
